What you pay when you file a claim
Flat means flat. The deductible depends on the type of phone and the type of repair, not on how expensive the fix turns out to be.

Where can I get a Flat Rate plan?
Only at select retail and repair shops that partner with AKKO. Pro iPhone Repair is one of them: call us or stop by 225 E Broadway #102d, Glendale, CA 91205 and we’ll enroll you in a few minutes.
Does it cover anything besides my phone?
No. Flat Rate plans are phone-only. If you want your laptop, tablet, headphones, watch and more covered on one plan, see The AKKO Plan, which protects a phone plus 25 other items.
How many claims can I make?
Two claims per year on every Flat Rate plan.
What is the $29 deductible credit?
If you pay for your plan annually instead of monthly, AKKO gives you a free $29 credit toward your first deductible. On an iPhone screen claim that means your first screen repair costs nothing out of pocket.
Which plan should I pick?
Only worried about cracked glass? Screen ($5). Want drops and spills covered too? Damage ($8). Want theft and loss covered as well? Full ($11). Not sure? Ask us at the counter and we’ll match a plan to how you use your phone.
