Is this phone insurance?
AKKO is a device protection plan that covers accidental damage, mechanical and electrical failure, and (on phone plans) theft. Pro iPhone Repair is an AKKO partner: we enroll you and perform the covered repairs locally in Glendale.
What are the Flat Rate plans?
Three phone-only plans with one flat monthly price and one flat deductible: Screen ($5), Damage ($8) and Full ($11), each with 2 claims a year. They are sold only through AKKO partner shops like us. Full details, coverage and the deductible table are on our Flat Rate Protection by AKKO page.
How much does it cost?
Plans that cover your phone plus 25 other items are $19.99 per month. Phone-only plans are lower, and Flat Rate phone plans run $5, $8 or $11 per month. Deductibles run $29 to $99 per claim depending on the device and the repair.
Can I cover a phone I already own?
Yes. AKKO covers new and used devices. Bring the device in so we can check its condition at enrollment.
What if I already have AKKO?
Great. File your claim in the AKKO app and bring your device to Pro iPhone Repair for the repair. Call ahead and we will have the parts ready.
