Pre-Owned iPhones
Certified pre-owned iPhones tested, cleaned, and guaranteed by the technicians who know them best. Battery health, screen, cameras, charging port, and Face ID are all checked before a phone hits the shelf.
Pre-Owned MacBook
MacBook Air and MacBook Pro refurbished in-house. Every laptop gets a battery, keyboard, display, and logic-board check plus a fresh macOS install before it goes on sale.
Pre-Owned iMac
Apple iMacs tested and refurbished by our technicians — full hardware diagnostics, cleaned inside and out, and ready for work, school, or a home studio.
Pre-Owned iPad
Used iPads for school, streaming, drawing, or the kids — screen, touch, battery, cameras, and charging all tested, then wiped and reset so it's ready to set up as new.

Pre-owned device questions
Are your pre-owned iPhones unlocked?
Yes. The iPhones we sell are fully unlocked and work with every major carrier and prepaid network. Bring your SIM or set up an eSIM and you're ready to activate.
How do I know the device isn't blacklisted or locked?
Every device is checked for a clean IMEI/ESN and cleared of activation lock before it's listed. Want to double-check yourself? Read our guide on how to check a used iPhone's IMEI.
What does "refurbished" mean here?
It means the device passed our full diagnostic, any worn or faulty parts were replaced, it was cleaned and reset, and its condition is stated honestly in the listing. It does not mean cosmetically perfect — see each listing for condition notes.
Can I see the device before I buy it?
Absolutely. Visit Pro iPhone Repair in downtown Glendale to see what's in stock, try it out, and ask questions. Online orders are also available on each product page.
I don't see the model I want. Can you find one?
Inventory changes weekly. Contact us with the model, storage, and color you're after and we'll let you know when one comes through the shop.
