Student & teacher discount FAQ
Do I need a coupon code?
In the shop, no. Just show a valid student, teacher, faculty, or school staff ID at the counter and our tech applies the 10% before you pay. If you book online, enter STUDENT10 in the coupon field so the discount shows on your estimate, then bring your ID to drop-off.
What counts as a valid school ID?
Any current student ID, teacher or faculty ID, or school staff badge. If your school doesn't issue IDs, a current class schedule or enrollment letter plus a government photo ID works too.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes. The discount applies to every repair and accessory purchase you make during the school year. Bring your ID each time.
Does it work on accessories?
Yes. Cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, power banks and car mounts all get 10% off when you show your ID at the counter.
Can I combine it with another coupon?
No. One discount per repair. If you have a ZIP-code coupon or another promo code, we'll apply whichever saves you the most.
Are there any exclusions?
The discount doesn't apply to Genuine Apple parts repairs, IMEI checks and unlocking, or pre-owned device purchases. Everything else in the shop qualifies.
Does it apply to mail-in repairs?
Mail-in repairs qualify as long as you include a photo or copy of your school ID with the device. Use code STUDENT10 when you book and we'll take care of the rest.
