Check these before you come in
Take the case off and try the pad again; thick cases, wallet cases, and metal plates or pop-out grips block the coil. Try a different, name-brand charger, since a failing pad looks the same as a failing phone. For Apple Pay, open Wallet and confirm your card is still active and the phone isn't in a Focus mode that blocks it. If wireless charging still does nothing on a bare phone with a good charger, or the terminal still never sees the phone, the coil is the problem. Bring it in for the free diagnostic.
