Loaner Phone Agreement — Terms

iCloud sign-out. Before returning the loaner phone, the customer agrees to successfully sign out of iCloud / Find My iPhone and remove Activation Lock from the device. If the device is returned with iCloud / Activation Lock still active, the customer agrees to be charged the full device price listed above.
Return by due date. If the loaner phone is not returned by the due date above, the customer agrees to pay the full device price listed above by that date.
Condition. The customer received the device in the condition listed above and agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear excepted. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged up to the device price listed above.

I agree to successfully sign out of iCloud / Find My iPhone before returning the loaner. If I fail to do so, I agree to be charged the full device price.* If the loaner is not returned by the due date, I agree to pay the full device price by that date.*
