While repairs focus on the phone’s hardware and should not impact software, we are not responsible for data loss. It’s advisable to back up your data before your appointment.
Do you charge for diagnostic services?
Most of our diagnostic services are offered at no cost to our customers. Make sure to schedule an appointment before visiting.
Does the quoted service price include tax?
The repair prices provided online or over the phone do not include sales tax. Sales tax is applicable only to the components used in the repair.
What is the typical duration of a repair?
Generally, repairs are completed within 25-30 minutes, unless the repair technician advises otherwise.
Can I walk in for a repair?
Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that we cannot guarantee a quick turnaround time for repairs without an appointment. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling an appointment either through our website or by calling (818) 639-3009.
Can I send my device by mail for repair?
You can certainly mail in your device for any of the services listed on our website. Make sure to complete a Mail-in form, provide tracking information, and contact us before sending your device. If you have questions or your device isn’t listed, reach out to our technicians.
Can I supply my own parts for the repair?
Are all repairs covered by your warranty?
Our warranty does not cover devices with previous water damage.
Is there a discount for multiple repair issues?
We often provide significant discounts for combined repair services where certain labor procedures overlap. Feel free to discuss potential discounts and quotes with our technicians.

Is sharing my Lock Screen passcode necessary?
Providing your Lock Screen passcode is required for our staff and technicians to conduct pre and post-inspections on your device. However, you have the option to withhold the code and instead enter it privately before and after testing.

Your repair service includes the features of our weekly special and is accompanied by a Lifetime Warranty.
How do you identify LCD screen damage?
Damaged LCD panels exhibit distinct visual characteristics, such as colored stripes in the image, black spots, color bleeding, yellow dots, and screen discoloration.

How long does water damage repair typically take?
Water damage repairs generally require 24 to 72 hours for completion, contingent on the extent of damage. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the level of harm sustained by the logic board and other components.
